Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from our New York studio. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

●      Standard Shipping (United States): 3 to 7 business days. Free shipping on all orders.

●      Express Shipping (United States): 1 to 3 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.

●      International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for international delivery.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly delayed. We do our best to keep you informed every step of the way.

Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Refunds are issued only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly and issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
